What You Should Know
In-person, elective treatments include an inherent risk of contracting COVID-19. By making an in-person appointment with us, you recognize this risk and elect to consent to a consultation and/or treatment in person.
We accept appointment cancellations at a minimum of 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations with a client may result in a required deposit for any new appointment bookings.
Aesthetic results vary. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we request that you contact us within three weeks of the appointment to schedule a follow-up.
